Using these Tactical Communication skills, you will be able to gain the voluntary compliance of angry people and most often, avoid the physical confrontation. You will also learn tactical communication to assist you in determining the difference between a difficult person and someone who is totally non-compliant. If physical confrontation becomes necessary, proper verbal skills will have been used in such a manner that the use of force was the only option left.
