Cancellation Policy:
Due to rising travel and production costs associated with recent economic events, we can no longer afford to provide full refunds of “no show” or cancellations that occur within 8 days of the course start date. Full refunds are available for cancellations that are called or emailed 9 days prior to the course start date.
We fully understand that unexpected staffing levels, court appearances and other unforeseen emergencies can alter events at the last minute. Therefore, full credits for future classes will always be granted and honored, even if the future course price were to experience an increase.
Please note: Departments who register their personnel for a course, who do not cancel and have not yet paid, will nevertheless be billed in full for the full registration. Please understand your seat is not simply reserved, you are registered for the course and expected to pay for the seat if cancellation is not timely.
