Although we all received basic firearms training in the academy, how many of us have taken on bad habits over the years? How many of us who just graduated the academy wish the firearms training were longer? Do we ever stop learning? If you think any of these questions speaks to you, then we have the firearms course for you.
Global Training Institute’s firearms instructors have been training local, county and federal agents for many years. Experience isn’t even the question; it’s the type and level of training that makes the difference. You will learn the “Cahow Method” from the founder Stephen Cahow, a firearms trainer with 28 years of experience teaching practical police shooting.
Practical Police Shooting is the art of revisiting the basic principals of shooting including, stance, grip, sight picture, trigger control and much, much more. Over a four day period, you will shot many rounds. But throwing hundreds of rounds downrange without purpose is a waste of time. You will learn to shoot under stress, in different positions and with purpose during real and practical situations. Accuracy in a stressful combat situation is the key to surviving a deadly assault.
Improvement in your marksmanship and confidence is guaranteed!
